摘    要:介绍了采用控制爆破技术拆除大型连体水泥筒仓群的设计、施工及爆破效果。由于筒仓群周围环境比较复杂 ,因而对爆破震动、塌落冲击和爆破飞石等因素的控制要求较高 ,设计中通过对诸多因素进行分析 ,决定对大型连体筒仓群采用分割施工 ,分二次进行定向爆破拆除。采用非电导爆系统与电雷管组成的复合联接的秒差起爆网络 ,使爆破完全达到预期目的 ,为今后的同类工程提供了可借鉴的经验

Abstract:In this paper, the design, execution and results of a controlled blasting for demolition of a huge group of interconnect silos are introduced. Because of complicated environment, the blasting vibration, collapsing impact and the flying rocks must be strictly controlled. Based on comprehensive analysis on all of effective factors during design, it was determined that the group would be divided into two parts and then blasted. A second delay detonating network which included non electric ignition system and electric detonators was adopted. The desired blasting results were achieved and some experience could been provided for similar projects in the future.
