摘    要:为了改善龙滩地下引水发电系统洞室群开挖支护混凝土的支护效果,在喷射混凝土中掺入适量的抗老化和分散性较好的改性聚丙烯微纤维,通过微纤维在喷射混凝土中均匀无序的分布作用下,研究其工作性和抗裂、防裂性能以及混凝土与围岩、钢筋网的粘结强度、喷射混凝土回弹量等的关系,论证在洞室支护中喷射聚丙烯微纤维混凝土的可行性及其洞室快速、安全、优质支护的实效。

Abstract:In view of improving the concrete supporting during the tunnels excavation of the underground water diversion system of Longtan, a moderate quantity of polypropylene with good aging-proof and dispersive performance is mixed in the sprayed concrete, and the uniform and disorder action of the fibre on the concrete performance is analyzed, such as workability, anti-cracking, binding strength of concrete to the surrounding rock and reinforcement fence, and the rebounding of sprayed concrete, etc., so as to demonstrate the feasibility of adding the polypropylene fibre to concrete and its good performance in fast, safe and reliable supporting.
