摘    要:磷矿采选加工业在我国国民经济中占有重要地位。随着国家产业政策的调整,占我国探明磷矿储量90%以上的中低品位磷矿石需要进行洗选加工,磷矿重选工艺是其重要的加工手段和发展方向,而磁选机是其中的关键环节之一。文章通过基于VOF方法的流体力学计算技术对磷矿磁选机的高密度矿浆输送过程进行了研究,并对提高其处理能力的途径进行了探讨,论述了基于简化模型结论的专利技术。同时,对该领域的研究进行了展望。

Abstract:Phosphorus mineral mining and concentration process fakes an important place in China national economy. With regulation of national industrial production policy, more than 90% of proved phosphorus mineral reserves ranking low or middle level need to be concentrated. Gravity concentration of phosphorus ore is an important processing measures and development trend, however, magnetic separator is a key link in the process. Based on calculation of fluid mechanics with VOF method, the paper describes the study on process of transportation of high density of phosphorus mineral water mixture for concentration of the ore by magnetic separator. In the paper there is also made an approach to increasing capacity of the separator and described the prospect for study work in the field.
