易自燃煤低温氧化和阻化的微观结构分析

摘    要:利用先进的傅里叶变换红外光谱仪,对易自燃煤的原煤样和阻化煤样在低温氧化过程中分子结构变化的红外光谱进行分析得出:易自燃煤分子结构以芳香环为主体的结构单元的侧甸首先被氧化,易被氧化的是其结构单元的桥键或桥键的侧链,主要包括甲基(-CH3)、亚甲基氧键的氧化速率最快,芳香环受到的影响较小;由于吸水盐类阻化剂与煤分子之间发生取化和络合作用,从而抑制了煤分子的基键氧化速率。

Abstract:Through the infrared spectrum analysis of the molecules structure about the rough coal and inhibited coal at the low temperature oxidization with an advanced Fourier transform spectrometer,the side chain were oxidized of the aromatic in the molecules structure of the spontaneous combustion coal early, and the side chain of the bridge band were oxidized easily. The oxidizing rate of ether oxide chain was fast. Because of the substitution and complexation of the inhibitor, the oxidizing rate of the coal molecules was inhibited.
