近几年来，随着中国对外贸易的迅速发展和外资的持续流入，外汇储备快速增加。外汇储备的增加提高了中国的经济地位，增强了抵御国际金融风险的实力，但外汇储备持续高增长也给中国经济带来了削弱货币政策的调控能力、加大人民币升值压力、导致贸易摩擦加剧等负面影响，如何合理控制和运用外汇储备是亟待解决的一个问题。

However, the rapid increase in foreign exchange reserve has resulted negative effects such as increasing pressure from Renminbi appreciation, crippling the control ability of monetary policy in China and causing more export trade frictions, so we must take drastic measures to control and apply appropriately the foreign exchange reserve.
