摘    要:以复合固体超强酸SO42-/ZrO2-TiO2为催化剂合成了邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基)己酯(DOP),考察了催化剂用量、投料比和反应终点温度对反应的影响,用傅立叶变换红外光谱对产品进行了结构表征。结果表明,该工艺优化条件为:催化剂用量为总投料量为0.6%(质量分数),投料比n(苯酐)∶n(2-乙基己醇)为1∶(2.3~2.4),反应终点温度205~215℃,反应时间2.3h,酯化率达99.5%以上,产品质量达到或超过国家优级品标准,催化剂可重复使用5次,酯化率仍在99%以上,无腐蚀,环境污染小,催化剂再生容易。

Abstract:Di(2-ethyl hexyl) phthalate (DOP) was synthesized using compound solid superacid SO4^2-/ZrO2-TiO2 as catalyst. The effects of the amount of catalyst SO4^2-/ZrO2-TiO2, the mole ratio of raw material and the final reaction temperature on the reaction were studied. The product's structure was analyzed by means of FT IR spectroscopy: The optimum conditions for the synthesis of DOP over SO4^2-/ZrO2-TiO2 are: amount of catalyst, w (catalyst)=0.6 (based on the amount of total reactant); molar ratio of phthchic anhydride to 2-ethyl hexanol, n (phthchie anhydride):n (2-ethyl hexanol) = 1:(4.5-5.0); the final reaction temperature, 205-215 ℃ and reaction time is 2,3 h. The yield can be over 99.5% under optimum conditions and the qualities of products agree with or exceed national standards for it. The catalyst which has no corrosion and little environmental pollution was used repeatedly for 5 times with the yield still around 99.0% by simply regeneration.
