改性PAE湿强剂的合成与应用

摘    要:用改性剂M改性聚酰胺多胺环氧氯丙烷(PAE)树脂,制备了五组不同的PAE树脂,做了一系列的抄纸试验。通过对试验的分析确定了#4制备方案是最佳方案。其加入量为0.5%时,湿强效果对苇浆达到28.05%,对桉木浆达到50.18%;改性PAE树脂对阳离子松香胶有很好的增效作用,可以在中性和弱酸性条件下施胶.

Abstract:Polyamide-polyamine epichlorhydrin (PAE) resin was modified by modifier M and five different PAE resins were prepared. Through a series of paper making experiments and after the analysis on these data, the No.4 project was selected as the best one. With the addition of 0.5% wet- strength agent, the wet strengthening to the reed pulp was increased by 28.05% and that to the eucalyptus pulp was acid 30.18%. The modified PAE resin has a good synergistic effect on cationic rosin size and can size under the neutral or weak acid by condition.
