| 摘 要： | 电能表的数字化是实现远程抄表、实现用电管理自动化的重要环节。文章介绍了一种用红外对管进行信号检测，用锁相环LM567进行信号处理，将传统的机械式电能表升级成数字脉冲电能表的实用方案，并提供了完整的电路。
