| 摘 要： | 分析了10kV配电线路单相接地故障的发生原因、危害和影响情况,对故障寻测方法进行了分类和比较,提出了预防措施,如加强巡视、提高配电网绝缘强度、提高防雷水平和加装分段开关等,并推荐使用“S注入法”TY型小电流接地系统单相接地选线与定位装置等新技术、新设备,以减少单相接地故障的发生率,缩短故障点寻测时间,确保配电网安全、经济和稳定运行。

| Abstract: | The reason, harm and influence conditions for single "phase grounding fault of 10 kV the distribution line were analyzed, and the methods of seeking and measuring fault were classified and compared. The preventive measures were put forward such as strengthening patrol, improving insulation strength of distribution power network, raising lightning - protected level and adding section switch, and recommending the new technology and new equipments such as " S injection method", line selection and location of single - phase grounding for TY small current neutral grounding system, in order to reduce single - phase grounding faults, and shorten the time of seeking and measuring fault, and ensure safety, economic and steady operation of distribution power system. |
