摘    要:针对安徽华润阜阳电厂2×600MW机组由于浓度稳定器堵塞等引起输灰管道堵使省煤器输灰系统无法正常投运的情况,对省煤器输灰系统进行改造,采用气力出灰将省煤器出口烟道的灰输送至电除尘入口烟道,通过双插板阀代替水冷圆顶阀,输灰管道采用双套管管道。接入电除尘入口烟道处输灰,保证输灰畅通并减少空气预热器磨损与堵塞。

Abstract:Economizer ash conveying system is unable normally running because of ash conveying pipe blockage caused by concentration stabilizer blockage in 2 × 600 MW units in Anhui Huarun Fuyang Power Plant. Technological retrofit has been made on economizer ash conveying system. Ash has been conveyed from economizer outlet gas duct to electrostatic precipitator inlet gas duct by pneumatic ash handling. Water-cooled domed valve has been replaced with twin-inserted plate valve. Double-casing pipe of ash conveying pipe has been connected directly to joined to electrostatic precipitator inlet gas duct. Ash conveying is smooth and air pre-eater wearing has been reduced and blockage has been avoided.
