摘    要:本文采用快速直接气相色谱法测定了大豆主要致腥成分之一——正己醛的含量,对该法的分析参数进行了探讨。最后优化出测定正已醛含最的最佳分析程序和操作条件。


Determination of n-Hexanol in Soybean by Rapid and Driect Gas Chromatographic Method
Abstract:Determination the contant of n-hexanol which is one of predominatly beany constituents in soybean by rapid and direct gas-chromatographic method was described. The analytical paramaters in this method were studied. Finally, the optimum process of this method and the condition of operation for determination of n-hexanel level were decided.
