| 摘 要： | 介绍工程量清单计价模式在招投标工程中的作用和特点,给出工程量清单报价招标阶段、评标阶段、施工阶段和竣工结算阶段造价控制采用的方法,针对当前招投标中存在的问题,对完善工程量清单招标工作提出了建议。
