| Abstract: | Taking the design practice for the New Loulan Block of Shanshan in Xinjiang as example,this paper summarizes the context between Shanshan city and vernacular dwelling,and refines the elements.It proposes the skill to hand down the inheritance of traditional residential space and block in western arid and scorching ethnic minority area. |
