| 摘 要： | 总结了在保证日照、通风和绿化的前提下,通过高层高密度、围合布局方式、多层次复合户外空间以及土地功能混合等节地策略,指出合理增加保障性住房用地容积率指标,可以实现土地的集约利用,并有助于人居环境的优化。 |

| Abstract: | Under the precondition of sunshine,ventilation and virescence,this paper summarizes land saving tactics in terms of high-rise and high density,layout of closed pattern,outdoor space composed on multi-level as well as mixed land use.It points out that rationally raising FAR(floor area ration) of land use for indemnificatory housing could realize intensive use of land and could be helpful for optimizing environment of human habitation. |
