粒度对方解石冲击粉碎影响研究

摘    要:JK标准落重试验的样品粒度范围为-63.0+13.2mm。为了研究粒度尺寸对颗粒抗冲击粉碎能力的影响,以天然方解石为研究对象,将矿石粒度范围拓展到-13.2+4.75mm。通过JK落重试验方法分别测定-63.0+13.2mm和-13.2+4.75mm两个粒级范围内矿石抗冲击粉碎特性参数,以此来分析研究不同试验条件下颗粒抗冲击粉碎能力的变化。试验结果表明,方解石物料的冲击粉碎存在较明显的粒度效应,且随着粒度的减小,颗粒抵抗冲击粉碎的能力增大。这为运用JKSimMet软件中的变速率模型进行模拟时,粒度效应对模拟结果的影响提供了理论支持。

Study on the influence of particle size on impact crushing of calcite

Abstract:The particle size range of the feed for the JK standard drop weight test is -63.0+13.2mm. In order to study the influence of particle size on the impact breakage ability of particles, the natural calcite was used as the research object, and the ore size range was extended to -13.2+4.75mm. The impact breakage characteristic parameters of ores in the ranges of -63.0+13.2mm and -13.2+4.75mm were determined by JK drop weight test method, so as to analyze the change of impact breakage ability of particles under different test conditions. The test results show that the particle size effect of calcite material is obvious in impact breakage, and with the decrease of particle size, the ability of the particles to resist impact breakage increases. This provides theoretical support for the influence of particle size effect on the simulation results when the variable-rate model in JKSimMet software is used for simulation in the future.
