摘    要:硫酸铁及自制的两种铁系无机盐Fe2(SO4)3 K2S2O8和Fe2(SO4)3 K2SO4被用于催化合成丁酸异戊酯,这些催化剂均不溶于反应物系,具有活性高,易分离回收,无环境污染等优势。结果表明Fe2(SO4)3 K2SO4的催化活性最高,Fe2(SO4)3 K2S2O8的重复使用性最佳。

Abstract:Ferric sulfate and Fe_2(SO_4)_3-K_2S_2O_8 and Fe_2(SO_4)_3-K_2SO_4 were used as catalysts for the synthesis of isoamyl butyrate from n-butanoic acid and isoamyl alcohol by esterification reaction. All of these catalysts showed high activity. They didn't dissolves in the reaction system so were easy to be separated from the products. Fe_2(SO_4)_3-K_2SO_4 had highest activity and Fe_2(SO_4)_3-K_2S_2O_8 had good reusability. These catalysts are efficient, economic and environmental friendly.
