废旧聚丙烯/RU复合胶共混材料的研究

研究了共混工艺、RU复合胶(再生胶)、稀土偶联剂对废旧聚丙烯/RU复合胶共混材料力学性能和热变形温度的影响并采用扫描电镜进行了材料断面的形态分析:结果表明.采用 RU复合胶塑炼后再与废旧PP共混所得材科的综合性能较好;RU复合胶可明显改善废旧PP的冲击性能,但拉伸强度、热变形温度降低;稀上偶联剂可以改善RU复合胶与PP的界面结合,提高共混材科的性能.

Study on recycled polypropylene/ reclaimed rubber blend

The effects of blending technology, RU compound rubber ( reclaimed rubber) and rare-earth coupling agent on the mechanical properties and heat distorting temperature of recycled PP/reclaimed rubber blend were studied.
