聚乙二醇双马来酸酯作交联剂制备高吸水性树脂的研究

摘    要:用聚乙二醇双马来酸酯作交联剂制备高吸水性树脂。考察了交联剂的制备条件,以及交联剂链段的亲疏水性,树脂干燥温度和聚乙烯醇添加剂等对高吸水性树脂吸水性能的影响。实验表明,与聚乙二醇二丙烯酸酯比较,聚乙二醇双马来酸酯作为高吸水性树脂的交联剂具有制备简单,价格低廉等特点。

Abstract:Using polyethylene glycol dimaleate as crosslinking agent, a high water-absorbent resin was synthesized. The preparation conditions of the crosslinking agent, the effect of hydrophilicity or hydrophobicity of the crosslinking agent chain, drying temperature of the product and the effect of the polyvinyl alcohol additive on the absorbency of high water-absorbent resin were investigated. Compared with polyethylene glycol diacrylate it was found that as a crosslinking agent of high water-absobent, polyethylene glycol dimaleate is more-notable for its convenient preparation and lower cost.
