苯氨基甲酸甲酯精馏残渣中二苯脲的回收方法

摘    要:讨论了以非光气法合成苯氮基甲酸甲醇精馏残渣的回收方法,对残渣成分进行了分离和分析,发现残渣中主要成分为二苯脲,根据残渣中各成分不同的溶解性质,通过实验,选择用碳酸二甲酯作为回收二苯脲的溶剂。并且采用高效液相色谱法(外标法)测定了回收的二苯脲的含量。结果表明,回收的二苯脲的含量在99%以上。

Abstract:The important objective of this thesis is that how to dispose the residua of rectified-MPC with non-phosgenation systhesis of MPC. the components of residue was isolated and analyzed, the main component is diphenylurea, According to the difference of the solubility of all kinds of substance, Dimethyl Carbonate was choosed as recycling the solvent of diphenylurea. The contents of diphenylurea was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry or HPLC. The resuits indicate that the contents of diphenylurea is above 99 %.
