生物富硒对蛹虫草菌丝体化学成分的影响

摘    要:研究生物富硒对人工蛹虫草菌丝体中粗蛋白、粗脂肪、总糖、总灰分4种基本营养成分以及虫草素、腺苷、虫草多糖、虫草酸(甘露醇)、氨基酸、矿物元素6种功效成分含量的影响。结果表明,普通蛹虫草与富硒蛹虫草两者营养成分和功效成分的含量均有显著的差异,说明生物富硒对蛹虫草菌丝体化学成分含量有一定影响。

Abstract:Four basic nutrients,including proteins,fats,carbohydrates and cashes of selenium-riched and ordinary mycelia of cordyceps militaris were analyzed.Six functional components,including cordycepins,adenosines,polysaccharides,mannitols,amino acids,and inorganic elements were analyzed.It was concluded that selenium-riched and ordinary mycelia of cordyceps militaris were not nutritionally parallel,and there were significant differences between selenium-riched and ordinary mycelia on functional components.
