摘    要:利用等离子熔覆技术,在Q235钢基体上熔覆TiC+Fe基合金以获得高硬度的复合涂层.测试了熔覆层的显微硬度,采用金相显微镜、X射线衍射仪研究了熔覆层的组织.结果表明,涂层显微硬度随TiC含量的增加而增大;涂层主要组成为低碳马氏体;TiC主要分布于晶粒内和晶界处.

Abstract:By plasma cladding technology,high hardness coating with Fe-based alloy+TiC powder was prepared on Q235 steel.The microstructure of the coatings was investigated by optical microscope (OM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD),and the microhardness was also tested.The results show that the composite coating mainly consists of low-carbon martensite,and TiC particle mainly distributes in the grains and grain boundaries.The micmhardness of the coatings increases with the increase of TiC content.
