摘    要:青岛贵都大厦地下室片筏及挡土墙施工中 ,为避免因干缩、冷缩引起的开裂、渗漏 ,采取了减小混凝土入模温度 ,控制片筏混凝土内外温差 ,设立降水井降水兼抗浮及堵井等措施 ,保证了施工质量 ,并起到了抗裂防渗作用。

Abstract:During construction of the basement raft-foundation and retaining wall of the Qingdao Guidu Mansion,in order to avoid emergence of crack and leak due to dry-shrinkage and cold-contraction,there are prevention measures namely:1,neduction of temperature in concrete form,2,control of the inside and outside temperature of raft-foundation,3,set up of dewatering well and dewatering float and sealed well measures etc.,so as to pledge construction quality,and to eliminate cracks and leakage.
