摘    要:上海人民电器厂空气开关车间因柱网尺寸大、荷载大,决定采用预应力混凝土大梁,为使96m长的通长预应力筋在张拉时减少摩擦损失,将上下两排预应力筋非平行布置,使预应力损失相对较小。采用此方案受力合理,配筋节约,施工简便。为适应超长预应力筋,还专门设计了一套机械放线装置。

Abstract:The column network of the air button workshop of Shanghai People's electric equipment plant has been designed with a big dimension and heavey loading.It is,therefore,that a 96 m extra-long prestressing cable framed beam design has been adopted.In order to reduce frictional force during tensioning,the two top and bottom prestressing cables have been arranged non-parallelly so that the loss of frictional force could be comparatively reduced.This project has been done with an appropriate application of forces,saving in steel comsumption and an easy construction.In order to meet the requirement of extra-long prestressing cable a set of special machine stripping equipment has been installed.
