The design of the Jingyang Cement Mill's clinker silo has been adopted with a prestressed concrete structure system.All construction has been adopted with practical measures such as constructions of cable' s penetrating,stretching and grouting etc.During the stretching procedure of steel cable,their length extension rate has been calculated with a more accurate method and thereby their results have been more consistent with practical situation and condition.
