摘    要:湖北长江石化设备有限公司加工制造的一台12Cr2AlMoV低合金钢海水冷却器在中国石油大连分公司使用两年半后进行观测分析,证明其化学成分无变化,仅在管内壁有少量脱碳层,致使机械性能略有下降.根据金相分析结果,其晶间未见裂纹扩展,无晶间腐蚀迹象,剩余使用寿命可在2年以上.

Abstract:A 12Cr2AlMoV low-alloy sea water manufactured by Hubei Yangzi River Petrochemical Equipment Co., Ltd. has been operating in Dalian Petrochemical Company/Petrochina Co.,Ltd for two and a half years. The inspection and testing show that there are no substantial changes in the chemical composition of the cooler tubes. The mechanical performance of the tubes is slightly affected due to the some minus carbon spalling on the internal wall. The metallographic analysis finds no propagation of cracking in grain and grain corrosion. The residue life is over two years.
