一类短生命周期产品供应链的利润共享契约

考察了一类短生命周期产品（单周期两阶段销售）价格依赖需求情形下的供应链渠道协调问题。首先，应用随机动态规划刻画了集中式系统的库存模型；然后，提出了一种利润共享契约以实现分散式决策系统的完美协调，并证明了其实现渠道协调的有效性；最后，应用算例进行了系统绩效分析。研究表明：该利润共享契约既可以应用于完全竞争市场，亦可以应用于非完全竞争市场，均能实现分散式系统的完美协调；同时，缔结该契约，零售商将规避承担过多的市场风险，供应商则会增强其市场地位。

Supply Chain Coordination with Profit-Sharing Contract for a Short-Life-Cycle Product

This paper considers a supply chain coordination problem for a short -life -cycle product characterized by the single cycle and two selling stages. Firstly, the inventory model of whole system is depicted with the stochastic dynamics programming. Then, a profit - sharing contract is developed to coordinate the decentralized system, and its validity for channel coordination is proved. Finally, the analysis on system performances is simulated with some examples. It is shown that this profit - sharing contract can be applied not only to the perfect competitive market, but also to the imperfect competitive market, and under two markets the perfect coordination can be gained under the decentralized system. Furthermore, by the contract the retailer will avoid shouldering more risks, and the supplier will strengthen his status in supply chain channel.
