摘    要:采用粉末冶金成型工艺方法,研制出一种新型粉末冶金Fe-Cu-C-Ni-Mo系材料。实验表明:用吸热性煤气烧结含质量分数3%以下Ni的材料,可以增加烧结制品的密度和强度,平均密度ρ7.0 g/cm3;采用高频表面淬火工艺,有效提高制品的力学性能,工作表面硬度A200HB;后加工成品外径变动量VDFP0.07 mm,有效解决了钢材制件热处理后加工无法保证形位公差和尺寸公差的技术难题。

Abstract:A new kind of powder metallurgy Fe-Cu-C-Ni-Mo material is developed using the powder metallurgy forming technique.The experiment indicates that the endothermic coal gas can be used to sinter material containing Ni(the mass fraction of Ni below 3%),which may increase the density and the strength of the sintered article,the average density ρ is more than 7.0 g/cm3.High frequency surface hardening process was adopted to effectively increase the mechanical properties,the surface hardness A is more than 200HB.Outside diameter variation of postprocessing end product VDFP is less than 0.07 mm,so the technical problem that geometric tolerance and dimension tolerance of heat treated steel products can′t be guaranteed has been effectively solved.
