摘    要:介绍了含钛高炉渣综合利用现状和几种主要的提钛技术,重点分析了合金化提取高炉渣中钛的研究现状,探讨了其关键技术问题与冶炼参数控制。指出此技术的关键在于选择合适的还原剂和冶炼参数的最优化设计,最后展望了此项技术的应用前景。

Abstract:It reviewes the current situation of comprehensive utilization on titanium-bearing blast furnace slag. It introduces briefly the main technologies of titanium recovery. The current situation of titanium recovery by alloying from blast furnace has been analysed, in addition, the key technology and smelting parameters have also been discussed. It points out that the suitable reductant and the optimization design of smelting parameter are the key technologies to this process. At last, the future of this technology has also been prospected.
