| 摘 要： | 介绍一种新型的压力传感器，即静电激励电容拾振的硅谐振压力微传感器。该传感器在可靠性，测量精度，体积，重量等方面都有传统的传感器所不能比拟的优点，实验结果表明，其测量精度可以达到0．021％F．S。
