摘    要:为实现对电力设备状态的综合智能化管理,解决信息孤岛问题,提出了广东电网公司电力设备远程监测诊断中心(简称远程中心)与各地区供电局调度自动化系统(简称地调系统)间的数据接口实施方案.从模型基础、数据格式及传输方式等方面阐述了远程中心与地调系统间接口方案的实施情况.该接口方案的应用效果表明,通过数据接口,各地调系统可向远程中心自动上传电网模型、变电站接线图形及量测文件,为全网设备的智能化精准管理控制提供了坚实的模型及数据基础,实现了模型交互及数据共享.

Abstract:- For realizing comprehensive intelligent management on condition of electric power equipments and solving problem of information isolated island, this paper proposes an implementation scheme of data interface for power equipment remote monitoring and diagnosis center of Guangdong power grid corporation (thereafter as remote center) and dispatching automation systems of power supply bureaus in various regions(thereafter as regional dispatching system). In aspects of model basis, data form and transmission ways, it states implementation of interface scheme. Application effectiveness of this scheme shows that it is able to automatically upload power grid model and substation connection graphs and measuration files from regional dispatching systems to remote center by data interface which is useful to provide strong model and data basis for intelligent and precise management and control on equipments of the grid and realize model interconnection and data share.
