EMI虚拟暗室测试系统设计研究

摘    要:为了改变传统的电磁兼容试验多由手动进行控制的缺陷,提高系统测量精度和电磁兼容测试的效率,利用射频微波实现技术及自动化测试仪器仪表技术,提出了基于虚拟仪器架构的EMI虚拟暗室测试系统平台。完成测试系统硬件平台原理性设计;利用LabVIEW开发环境,实现测试系统软件平台的开发与集成。通过仿真试验,测试了设备自动完成信号采集、传输、处理、显示等功能,表明该系统可以提高测试工作的效率、精确度。

Abstract:In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional manual EMC test methods and improve the measurement precision in actual meastnement and efficiency in EMC test, the EMI virtual chamber measurement system based on virtual instrumentation architecture is built. The proposed system can be divided into two major parts: hardware system and software platform. According to the technology of radiofrequency, instrumentation and automatic control, the hardware system has been analyzed. Meantime, the software platform has been developed and integrated by LAbVIEW. With EMI virtual chamber test system software platform for the relevant test simulation, the simulation experiment verifies the equipment automatical signal acquisition, transmission, processing, display and other flmctions, it greatly improves t!le efficiency and accuracy of the test.
