静电纺制备CS/PVP纳米纤维膜纺丝工艺的研究

摘    要:为研究静电纺丝工艺对CS/PVP纳米纤维膜纤维形貌和直径的影响,以甲酸为溶剂配制质量分数为4%的CS溶液,以无水乙醇为溶剂配制质量分数为35%的PVP溶液,将PVP溶液与CS溶液按质量比90∶10混合,搅拌均匀作为纺丝液,调节纺丝电压、接受距离和纺丝速率分别制备纳米纤维,借助扫描电镜(SEM)观察制备的纳米纤维形貌.结果表明,在选定的纺丝工艺参数中,纺丝电压对纤维的形貌和直径影响较大,而纺丝速率和接受距离对纤维的形貌和直径影响相对较小;当纺丝电压为18 k V、接受距离为12 cm、纺丝速率为0.2 m L/h时,纤维形貌较好.

Abstract:In order to study the effect of electrospinning parameters on morphology and diameter of CS / PVP nanofiber membrane.We took acid as solvent and prepared CS solutions with the concentration 4%,took ethanol as solvent and prepared PVP solutions with the concentration 35%. The PVP solutions and CS solutions were mixed at a mass ratio of 90∶ 10 to prepared CS / PVP nanofibers,altering the electrospinning voltage,speed and tip-to-collector distance. The surface morphology of nanofibers was observed with scan electric microscope( SEM). The results show that the fiber morphology and diameter is affected more clearly by electrospinning voltage,however the speed and tip-to-collector distance have comparatively little impact in the electrospinning process parameters selected. The process parameters are better when electrospinning voltage at 18 k V,distance at 12 cm and speed at 0. 2 m L / h.
