电气设备红外在线测温数据处理方法探讨与应用

摘    要:为满足红外在线监控系统在变电站应用的要求,有必要研究一种最优的图像传输处理方法.比较了3种在线式红外热像仪测温数据处理方法:后端模拟信号处理方法、后端全数字测温处理方法以及智能带宽调节的前端处理方法,结果表明:智能带宽调节的前端处理方法优势明显.该方法具有测温精确、处理速度快、占用带宽小等优点,适合在电气设备红外在线监控系统中使用.

Abstract:In order to satisfy the application demand of infrared on-line monitoring system in substation, it is necessary to study an optimal image transmission and processing method. Three data processing methods for online infrared thermal imager are compared including: the back-end analog signal processing method, the back-end full digital temperature measurement processing method and the front-end processing method with intelligent bandwidth adjustment. Results show that the front-end processing method with intelligent bandwidth adjustment has obvious advantages which are accurate temperature measurement, low bandwidth, and high speed, so that it is suitable to be used in infrared on-line monitoring system of electrical equipment.
