水电机组机坑水位与容积关系曲线制作与应用

摘    要:对水电机组机坑水位与水量关系进行分析研究,列出了闸门漏水量和机坑水量的计算公式,根据关闭机组流道与渗漏集水井相通的阀门后监控系统显示的机坑水位及其对应的机坑水量,利用Excel表格制作出机组机坑水位与容积的关系曲线.该曲线在机组检修时可作为判断闸门关闭以及漏水情况的依据.

Abstract:The relation between pit water level and water quantity of hydropower generator unit is studied, and calculation formulas of gate water quantity and pit water quantity are listed. Based on the pit water level and its corresponding water quantity shown from the monitoring system after the close of the valve between the unit flow passage and the leakage collecting well,the relation curve between pit water quantity and capacity is made by using Excel table. The curve can be used as a basis to judge whether the gate has been closed or not and the status of water leakage.
