摘    要:将风险理论引入电网调度操作之中,提出一种面向电网调度操作的电网实时风险评估方法。该方法利用故障树原理模拟调度操作过程,综合分析调度操作成功与失败两种情况下电网所面临的风险因素,同时给出基于调度员实际关心问题的电网操作风险指标,能使调度员在具体操作执行前全面了解其给系统各个方面带来的影响。最后通过IEEE118节点测试系统验证所提方法的有效性,并解决了调度员主要依据电网运行数据和工作经验进行操作及庞大的数据体系给调度人员带来诸多不便的问题。

Abstract:This paper introduces risk theory into power grid scheduling operation and proposes a kind of evaluation method for power grid real-time risk oriented power grid scheduling operation. This method uses fault tree principle to simulate scheduling operation process ancl comprehensively analyzes risk factors for the power grid with two situations of successful and failed scheduling operation. Meanwhile, it provides power grid operation risk index based on practical problems that may cause impacts on the system in order to arouse notice by the dispatcher when implementing specified operation. By IEEE 118 node testing system, it verifies effectiveness of this method and solves many inconvenient problems caused for reasons of Dower ~rid OD~ratinn~l ct,~to 1.:
