LED射灯透镜模具浇注系统的改良设计

摘    要:LED射灯透镜的发展,促使了光学模具的发展,而模具结构的好坏直接影响注塑工艺和产品成本的控制。分析了一款LED射灯透镜模具结构,针对模具流道过长、浪费原材料和影响注塑工艺参数的问题,对模具结构的客观因素进行分析,设计一款新的机嘴结构,将定位圈和浇口套做成整体结构,并根据注塑机喷嘴加大口径,优化模具结构。优化后的模具缩短了主流道的长度,降低了成本和调机难度。投入生产后,证明其结构高效且稳定可靠。

Abstract:The development of LED spotlight lens has prompted the development of optical mould and the mould structure directly effects the injection molding process and product cost control. A LED spotlight lens mould structure was analyzed. Aimed at solving problems of material waste and injection molding process parameters influence caused by too long mould flow channel, objective factors of mould structure were analyzed and a new runner making locating ring and spure bush into the overall structure was designed. Based on the injection molding machine nozzle, runner diameter was increased and mould structure was optimized. The optimized mould has a shorter spure way, which reduces the cost and debugging diffi- culty. In the process of production, the structure is proved to be high efficiency, stable and reliable.
