135MW循环流化床锅炉再热器改造研究

摘    要:某公司2×480 t/h锅炉自投运以来再热器减温水量一直偏大,且高再壁温时有超温现象,对锅炉的安全、经济造成了较大的影响,经过综合分析判断为再热器受热面积大,提出减少一部分再热器受热面的改造方案。再热器受热面割除一部分后,再热器减温水量明显减少,从而减少了受热面的疲劳损伤,有效防止了高温再热器超温、变形、爆管事故的发生,提高了锅炉的安全、经济性能。

Abstract:Since the 2×480 t/h boiler was commissioned,the attemperation water quantity of reheater had been too large,and the wall temperature of reheater usually exceeds the standard,which greatly affects the safety and economy of the boiler. Through comprehensive analysis,it is concluded that the reheater's excessive heating area led to the problem. Therefore,it is proposed to cut part of the heating area. After the transformation,the quantity of attemperation water reduced significantly so that the fatigue of heating area was decreased and potential accidents were prevented effectively,thus,improving the safety and economy of the boiler.
