摘    要:某电厂亚临界600 MW 机组大修后启动,在暖机过程中先后出现瓦温高、动静碰摩、虚假振动信号等故障,严重威胁机组的安全运行.为此,通过分析振动特征、运行参数及检修数据,找出故障原因,采取调整轴系标高、翻修轴瓦、补偿虚假信号等措施使机组顺利启动运行.在此基础上,总结出导致瓦温高故障原因的区分方法以及虚假振动信号的判断和处理方法.

Abstract:One subcritical 600 MW unit of some power plant is restarted after being overhauled, while during its heating of turbine process it is discovered that some faults such as high temperature of the bearing bush, dynamic and static rub-impact and false vibration signals seriously threaten safe operation of the unit. Therefore, this paper tries to find out fault reasons by analyzing vibration characteristics, operational parameters and overhaul data. In addition, it discusses disposal measures including adjusting elevation of shafting, rebuilding bearing bush and compensating false signals in order to ensure smooth startup and operation of the unit. Meanwhile, it summarizes distinguishing method for different fault reasons and judegement and disposal method for false signals.
