摘    要:进行了核电站仪控开关触点接触失效分析。应用NIUSB-6211型多功能DAQ模块、辅助电路和LabView软件,研制了能自动跟踪接触电阻随电流增大的变化趋势的测量装置。该测量装置配合电子扫面显微镜和X射线能谱分析,可观察触点表面的形貌以及分析微区成分,从而确定仪控开关接触系统失效的机理。

Abstract:The contact failure of instrument & control switch in nuclear power plant was analyzed.A measure device which can automatically trace variable trend of contact resistance to cUrrent increase was developed by NI USB-6211 DAQ module,assistanT circuits and LabVIEW software.The scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and X-ray energy dispersive analysis system were used to observe the microcosmic appearance and analyze the component of contact,so the contact failure reasons was confirmed.
