In view of the varied situation and characteristics about the university student victims of larceny, the traditional larceny crime prevention measures that emphasize the criminal as the central issue are becoming lim- ited today.Prevention and reduction of crime should also give consideration to both social prevention and prevention of victimization.The theory of prevention of victimization brings about more inspiration and consideration about the countermeasure research in view of the university student victims of larceny.So,we should emphasize the important role of prevention of victimization in preventing the university student victims from larceny,encourage the university students share the responsibility in the course of crime victimization prevention and prepare actively for the preven- tion of victimization about larceny crime.
