| 摘 要： | 主要针对支城供电分公司被黑客攻击瘫痪的WEB服务器和E－MAIL服务器分析了目前Internet上的安全性问题，说明了防火墙，加密和数字签名在保证信息安全中的作用，并通过Microsoft Outlook Express发送安全邮件的实例证实了这些信息安全手段的有效性。
