钢渣加工生产线上料方式的比较分析

摘    要:钢渣需经过3个阶段的处理后,才能100%利用,实现钢渣的零排放。经过钢渣热闷处理工艺预处理后,需上料至钢渣加工线,进行进一步处理,目前各大钢厂钢渣生产线主要有振动给料筛上料、地坪筛上料和液压倾翻格筛上料等3种上料方式。对3种钢渣加工生产线上料方式进行了介绍,并从生产、投资、运行等方面对其进行了比较分析,最后为钢渣加工生产线上料方式的选择提出了建议。

Abstract:The steel slag could be used 100% after three stages of processing to achieve zero discharge of steel slag. After pretreated by the hot closed pot method, the steel slag needed to be charged to the steel slag processing line for further processing. At present, there were three kinds of charging way for the steel slag processing line in the steel mill, including vibration charging on the screen, charging on the floor screen and charging on the hydraulic tilting grizzly. And the three kinds of charging way for steel slag processing production line were introduced and comparative analyzed from production, investment and operation. Finally, the choice of charging way for steel slag processing line was proposed.
