TPM在钢铁企业中的研究及应用

以邯钢中板厂TPM导入、应用为例，借鉴TPM追求最大设备综合效率和完全有效生产率理念和相应手段、方法，结合钢铁企业中典型的点检定修体系模式，研究、摸索适合钢铁企业中新的设备管理模式，解决设备管理中存在的问题，从而提高设备维护管理水平，最大限度地发挥设备能力，降低突发性事故及备件辅料费用，为实现企业的可持续性发展提供可靠的保障。

Research and application of TPM in iron and steel enterprises

Taking the TPM importing and application in Handan Medium plate plant for example ,referring the concepts of OEE(overall equipment efficiency) and fully effective productivity and the responding ways and measures, combined with the regular repair system test mode of iron and steel enterprises, the new equipment management to suit the iron and steel enterprises was researched and explored. That can solve the problems existing in equipment management, so as to improve the level of equipment maintenance management, maximize the capacity of equipment, reduce the sudden accidents and the cost of spare parts accessories and provide reliable protection for sustainability of enterprises.
