摘    要:为进一步优化工艺、降低能耗,需要提高交流电弧电热设备的测控水平。对俄罗斯开发的一种相电压中恒定量测算技术进行报道。对相电压中恒定量的计算原理及测算方法以及在电熔刚玉炉、电石炉、黄磷炉、LF钢包精炼炉中的应用进行了介绍,希望该方法能够在铁合金矿热炉、LF钢包精炼炉等电热设备中实现应用,以提高中国电热设备的测控水平。

Abstract:In order to optimize the process and reduce the energy consumption,the measurement and control technology of electro-thermal furnace with AC arc is needed to be improved. A new method for the application of the constant component of phase voltage in Russia is reported.The calculation principle and measurement technology of the constant component of phase voltage and its application in the electric corundum,calcium carbide,phosphorus and LF ladle refining furnace were described. It is hoped that this method can be applied in electro-thermal furnaces like the submerged arc furnace for ferroalloy production and the LF ladle refining furnace to improve the level of measurement and control of the electro-thermal furnaces in China.
