钒钛磁铁矿综合利用现状及工业化发展方向

摘    要:对钒钛磁铁矿综合利用的工艺进行简单探讨,钒钛磁铁矿综合利用的关键就是对钒钛磁铁精矿中钛的回收利用,提高钛的回收率。而钒钛磁铁精矿综合利用工艺中只有高炉法和预还原-电炉法实现了工业化应用,其他方法因为这样那样的缺点而没有实现工业化应用,通过对比,认为气基竖炉预还原-电炉深还原是综合利用钒钛磁铁矿并实现工业化的发展方向。

Abstract:The processes to comprehensively utilize vanadium-titanium magnetite were discussed,whose key is to recycle the titanium in vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate and increase the recovery rate of titanium. The industrial processes of comprehensive utilization vanadium-titanium magnetite concentrate are only the blast furnace process and the pre-reduction electric furnace method,and other methods are still under the research due to different kinds of disadvantages. Therefore,through the comparison of all methods,it is thought that the tendency of comprehensive utilization of vanadium-titanium magnetite is the gas-based pre-reduction electric furnace.
