摘    要:针对冷连轧过程控制系统的数据特点与需求,运用Oracle 10g数据库及Microsoft Visual Studio 2010,进行数据结构设计。出于数据缓存实现和数据可靠性目标,提出了一种数据库数据缓冲机制,确立了OO4O作为系统的数据库访问方法,并采用模板类实现共享内存设计。同时,给出了基于事件、计时器和消息的3种实际数据的采集方法,并使用Oracle触发器实现数据库操作,最终完成冷连轧过程控制的数据库系统开发,并将其应用到生产实践中。结果表明,该数据库系统有效保证了在线数据库的实时性,大大简化程序设计,有利于提高系统运行效率,适合于工业生产实践。

Abstract:In view of the characteristic of data and requirement of process control system for tandem cold rolling, data structure was designed on the basis of the joint application of Oracle 10g and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010. To achieve the data- caching and data reliability, a new data buffer mechanism for database was put forward, the method of accessing Oracle database through OO4O was established, and meanwhile, the method of creating shared memory through template class was also achieved. After that, actual data gathering functions by event, timer and message were provided, and then database manipulation was realized through Oracle database triggers. Ultimately, the database of control system for tandem cold rolling process was developed, and it was put into practical production. The application results showed that owing to the database system which is applicable for industrial production, the real- time for online database could be effectively guaranteed, the programming could also be greatly simplified, and then the efficiency of process control system could be improved.
