摘    要:采用FactSage对不同Al2O3质量分数下CaO-SiO2-FeOx-MgO-Al2O3体系液相区进行热力学分析,并通过液相生成特性试验,研究高岭土型Al2O3和三水铝型Al2O3对CaO-SiO2-FeOx-MgO-Al2O3体系液相生成特性的影响。结果表明,高岭土型Al2O3和三水铝型Al2O3对液相生成特征温度的影响无明显差异,Al2O3质量分数增加,均使液相开始生成温度升高,液相生成温度区间缩小,高熔点黏结相比例增加。液相生成量与Al2O3类型质量分数相关,w(Al2O3)=1.0%时,含三水铝型Al2O3混合料液相生成量较少;w(Al2O3)=2.0%~3.5%时,含高岭土型Al2O3混合料液相生成量较少。

Abstract:The thermodynamic analysis of the liquid phase area of CaO-SiO2-FeOx-MgO-Al2O3 system was carried out by FactSage under different Al2O3 content. And the effect of kaolinite Al2O3 and gibbsite Al2O3 on the liquid phase generation properties of CaO-SiO2-FeOx-MgO-Al2O3 system was researched through liquid phase characteristic experiment. It was reported that there were no significant differences between the effect of kaolinite Al2O3 and gibbsite Al2O3 on the characteristic temperature of liquid phase formulation. With the increase of Al2O3 content, the temperature of liquid phase beginning generation rised, the temperature range of liquid phase generation decreased, and the ratio of bonding phase proportion of high melting point raised. The quantity of liquid phase formulation was related to the type and content of Al2O3. When the content of Al2O3 was 1.0%, the mixtures of the gibbsite Al2O3 formulated less liquid phase. Similarly, when the content of Al2O3 was in the range of 2.0%~3.5%, the mixtures of the kaolinite Al2O3 formulated less liquid phase.
