1000MPa级高强热轧钢带的板形矫正

钢材“减量增强”符合环保降耗理念，是钢铁行业发展的大势所趋，但高强钢板形矫正难度极大，其相对多发的板形缺陷与缺乏有效矫正手段之间矛盾突出。基于首钢1000MPa（屈服强度）级SQ960高强热轧钢带开平生产实践，对高强钢板形缺陷的矫正进行了研究探索，提出了限制开卷温度、平整-开平多工序协作、多种矫直工艺合理联合、极端板形降速重矫等控制措施，实现了对1000MPa级高强钢常见板形缺陷的有效矫正。

Shape leveling of 1000MPa high strength hot rolled strip

In according with the idea of energy conservation and environment protection, amount reduction and strength enhancement are the developing trend of iron and steel industry. However，it’s extremely difficult for shape leveling of high strength steel, and the contradiction between the multiple shape defects and the lack of correcting method is prominent. Based on the 1000MPa (yield strength)high strength steel production practice, the correcting methods of shape defects are researched, and the control countermeasures, including temperature controlling, multiprocess cooperation, reasonable joint of various leveling processes, leveling speed controlling, re-leveling and so on are put forward, which can effectively implemented the shape defect leveling of 1000MPa high strength steel.
