Strategy and Paths of Digital Transformation for Electric Power Design Enterprises

With the deepening application of digital technology,accelerating the digital transformation of traditional industries has become the focus and key to promote the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises and further strengthen the digital economy.Although more and more enterprises regard digital transformation as the core of their strategies,most of them generally lack of a clear strategic positioning and implementation paths,and have insufficient understanding of the long-term difficulties of digital transformation,and have not formed an effective supporting guarantee mechanism.They are still facing the dilemma that the transformation is difficult to achieve results.The authors systematically describes the basic connotation,development strategy,implementation paths and safeguard measures of digital transformation for electric power design enterprises.At the same time,it is suggested to design an organizational structure suitable for digital transformation,create an independent and open digital operation department,create a good digital innovation and entrepreneurship ecology,stimulate value creation vitality,promote original research and development and integrated innovation of digital technologies,and gradually realize industrial digitalization and digital industrialization.
