70m2铬矿烧结工艺的设计

摘    要:铬烧结矿具有强度高、粒度均匀、改善电炉透气性等优点,贵州某厂拟采用70m2烧结工艺为2×33 MV·A密闭式矿热炉冶炼高碳铬铁提供优质原料。详细论述了该烧结工艺流程及特点,包括精矿的接受及燃料的准备、膨润土的接受、配料、混合、烧结、热破、热筛、热送等工艺环节。该条生产线建成投产后,将每年为矿热炉提供约35万t铬烧结矿,创造出巨大的经济效益。

Abstract:Chromium sinter have the advantages of high strength, uniform particle size, improving electric furnace permeability. The factory in Guizhou intends to use the 70 m2 sintering process to provide the high-quality raw materials for smelting high carbon ferrochrome in the 2×33 MV·A closed type arc furnace. The sintering process and its characteristics are discussed in detail, including the acceptance of the concentrate and preparation of the fuel, the acceptance of bentonite, the process of mixing, sintering, hot sinter breaking, hot sinter screening and hot sinter delivery. After the production line put into operation, it will provide about 35 million tons of chrome ore sinter for the arc furnace and create enormous economic benefits for the plant.
